What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need travel insurance? 

Travel Insurance:

  • Obtaining travel insurance is recommended as soon as the booking is made. This is to ensure coverage for unexpected changes to personal circumstances.

  • Travel insurance typically provides protection against a range of unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations or severe weather that prevents you from travelling.
     

Cancellation Policy:

  • It is crucial to familiarise yourself with the cancellation policy outlined in the terms and conditions of your booking.

  • Understanding the cancellation policy helps travellers know the terms under which they can cancel or modify their plans, and whether any fees or penalties apply.

Can I bring my pet and is there a charge?

Please check the accommodation page on the website if dogs are allowed, this will also detail any dog supplement. If you bring a dog to a non-dog property you will be asked to leave with no refund and will also incur a deep cleaning charge.

Can we take more guests than those stated?

The number of guests listed on the property detail is the maximum number of guests allowed.  We cannot allow additional guests to stay overnight due to managing fire risks and to ensure that we have adequate insurance in place to protect guests in the event of any incident.  If over occupancy occurs you will be asked to leave the premises.

Are the prices per person or per property?

The prices are per property.  If there are any guest supplements this will be in the property description.

Do we need to bring bed linen and towels? 

Most of the properties provide bed linen and towels.  Please check the property description.

Are we able to invite guests to visit for the day?

If you would like to invite guests to the accommodation for the day, properties are equipped with enough cutlery and crockery for an additional two guests. If you would like to use the property for a celebration please contact us

Can we take camper vans, tents or blow-up beds for additional guests?

The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is detailed on the property description.  You will be asked to leave the premises if over occupancy occurs, this includes any additional guests staying within the boundaries of the property

Can we use a barbecue?

Properties will detail if a barbecue is provided.  Please only use a barbecue if it is provided, using a barbecue when it is not provided may result in your booking being terminated with no refund.

Can I bring a bike or sports equipment?

Some properties may benefit from designated indoor/ outdoor storage areas.  Please check the notes on the property description.  If you are unsure please contact us.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

If a property benefits from an electric vehicle charger this will be in the property description.  If this is not listed please do not extend wires from the property to charge any vehicle.  To find the nearest charging point please use zapmap.

Will there be a mobile signal at the property? 

There may be little or no mobile phone signal in the area you are visiting.  You can contact your mobile phone provider or use signal checker for advice.

Can we arrive earlier than the check-in time?

You should arrive at the check-in time stated when you book your property.  If you have any questions please contact us
