Ceri House is a stone built Welsh Cottage located in the village of Ffos-y-Ffin, only a mile from the Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron. It is situated alongside the scenic road between Aberystwyth and Cardigan and is on a bus route. Following a short walk you can access the Aberaeron to New Quay coastal path by foot from the cottage.
It is a cosy underfloor heated one bedroomed cottage with views out on to open fields to the rear and distant sea views from the front of the property. There is one bedroom, a cosy lounge with desk, kitchen with seating area, shower room and private patio area with seating and BBQ. The kitchen has usual amenities plus a washing machine.

There is parking for 2 cars at the side of the property (we advise you to reverse in so that you don’t have to reverse onto the main road).

It is important to note that the cottage is situated on the road side. Although there is a hedge in front of the cottage before the main road it does not allow dogs or children due to where it is located.
