Hafan Hedd lives up to its Welsh translation of "peaceful retreat". Although it is situated in the heart of Aberaeron, the surrounding brick walls bring an air of peace and tranquility to those who reside there. The property was originally the stables for Tanyfron and converted into a residential property in 1996. It was totally refurbished recently ensuring the property complies with modern requirements but maintains some of the original features such as the wooden beams in the living room and upstairs bedroom. It is within a few minutes easy walk of the town, children's play area in Parc y Fro, tennis and bowling club and beautiful walks along the River Aeron.

You enter the property into an open plan area containing the living room and kitchen with adjoining utility room. The kitchen has an electric aga, but there is also an electric hotplate for guests to use if they prefer.
Attached to the living room is a comfortable conservatory and on the other side another large dining/sitting room. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the downstairs twin bedroom . From the second sitting room a wooden staircase leads upstairs to a superking/ twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. There is a double sofa bed available in the dining/sitting room.

Outside there is a walled and secure garden which is ideal for pets and children. There are table and chairs available that seat 6 and a covered walkway from the back door with another table and chairs, useful for when the weather is not so good.
